Allie Jaynes

This episode of The Power to Achieve is with CBC Producer Allie Jaynes! Allie was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 36 and she says her diagnosis suddenly made her entire life make sense. She also learned of the myths and stigmas surrounding ADHD and why so many people, like Allie, go undiagnosed for most of their life.
